These terms cover your use of tractd.com, the Tractd marketing website. Using the Tractd software itself is covered by a separate agreement that you sign when you become a customer.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about Tractd and to book a demo. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, making fake bookings, or copying the site's content for your own commercial use.

Information on this site

We try to keep this site accurate, but it is provided “as is.” Product screens shown on this site use a sample lot. Features, availability, and pricing are confirmed only in a written agreement.

Booking a demo

Demos are scheduled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, and Calendly's terms also apply when you use it. We use the details you enter to hold your demo and contact you about it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The Tractd name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Tractd. You may not use them without our permission.

Links to other sites

We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tractd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
