How do drivers pay?
By card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay on their phone. They get a receipt and your gate code by text as soon as they pay.
Does it work with my existing website?
Yes. Add booking with one embed, or send drivers to a booking page hosted under your name. If you don’t have a site, we’ll set one up.
What about my gate?
Tractd works without gate hardware. Drivers get your gate code by text only after they pay. Change the code on a set schedule, weekly works for most lots, so old codes stop working.
What if a driver overstays or doesn’t pay?
Drivers get a text before their time runs out, with a link to extend. Anyone past their time shows up on your tonight list, and you or your clerk can check any plate in seconds. What happens next follows your posted lot rules. Texas has signage requirements for towing from private lots, so check yours before you tow.
Can daily drivers and monthly tenants share a lot?
Yes. Set up zones with their own rate plans. Monthly tenants hold their spaces, and short stays fill what’s left.
How do I get paid?
Card payments are paid out to your bank account. Monthly tenants are billed automatically.
What does it cost?
It depends on your lot and what you use. We’ll walk through pricing on your demo.
Who’s responsible if something gets damaged?
The same as today: your lot rules and your insurance. Drivers agree to your rules at checkout, and every booking records the plate, time, and phone number.
